Archeron

Partners

Put it on your ground.

There are three ways to work with us. Start with one site and one question. Partners who join now help decide what we build next.

01 / Three ways in

Choose your route.

Route 01

Evaluation partner

For water utilities, grid operators, ports and remote industrial sites. We take one question about one site and show you, with evidence, whether Archeron answers it.

You get
An agreed test plan, the run on your ground or your recordings, and a decision report with the evidence behind it.
Your move
Name an owner and a site. We send a scoped plan and a letter of intent.
Start an evaluation
Route 02

Sponsorship and test access

Back a milestone, or give us access to a lab, a test tank or a range: Argus in the field, Atlas on live data or Theia in the water.

You get
You help write the test protocol, see every readout and the results, and get first say on what comes next.
Your move
Pick a milestone, name a representative, and tell us the support you can bring, in cash or in kind.
Sponsor a milestone
Route 03

Joint development

Build one capability together, from an adapter into your systems to a fixture on the bench, with named owners on both sides.

What follows
An integration project, component supply, a technology licence or a jointly funded pilot.
Your move
Name a technical sponsor and one interface or problem, and tell us what you bring.

02 / How an evaluation runs

From question to decision in four weeks.

Once the data, permissions and people are in place, a software evaluation takes four weeks. Hardware milestones get their own plan.

  1. Define

Agree the use case, the baseline and the thresholds that count as success.

You get an approved test plan and a frozen configuration.

  2. Prepare

Set up the replay or the integration path. Check timestamps, labels and ground truth.

You get a reproducible setup, ready to run.

  3. Evaluate

Run the agreed cases, background activity and hard calls included. Collect operator feedback.

You get versioned results and an issue log.

  4. Decide

Review the results, the operational fit and the path to the field.

You get a final report and a clear recommendation.

03 / What you get back

Numbers you can take to a board.

We agree the measures with you before the run and report every result with its sample size and conditions, the poor ones included.

MeasureHow we report it
Detections and missesMatched detections and misses over every eligible event, with counts and uncertainty.
False alerts and review timeFalse alerts per monitored hour, and the operator time it takes to review them.
Calls and confidenceCalls at each confidence level, and the error rate at each level.
Delivery and delayMessages delivered over messages sent, with typical and worst-case delay on the agreed path.
CoverageSite, conditions, data source, configuration, sample size and exclusions for every result.

04 / Settled up front

Terms we agree before we start.

Scope

Everything is scoped in writing before work starts: the question, the deliverables, the decision points and who owns what.

Your data

Access, storage, retention and deletion agreed up front. Your data trains nothing without a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

Existing IP named, new work allocated in writing, publication reviewed together. Exclusivity is there to discuss when you want it.

The decision

Every engagement ends with a written recommendation, and the next step is your call.

05 / Questions

Questions partners ask.

Can we start at our own site?

Yes. Start with your recordings and your workflow, then take it onto your ground with the evidence already in hand. Partners who start early are first in line for field kits.

Do we need all three products?

No. Pick one use case and the product that fits. The others join when your site needs them.

How do you report performance?

You set the thresholds and we measure against them, on your data and your ground. Every number comes with its conditions.

What if the answer is no?

You still get the evidence and a clear recommendation, so you can defend the decision either way before committing to a rollout.

Can you work with defence and public buyers?

Yes. We work under Swedish export control, and public partners choose the procurement route that fits them.

Work with us

Tell us the ground you need to hold.

We come back with the plan to prove it, by email or in a 30-minute briefing.
