What data and why

If you write to us or use the form, we keep your name, email address, organisation and message so that we can reply. If we contact you in your professional role, we keep your name, employer, role, work email and our correspondence so that we can stay in touch about our work.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and contacting relevant people in their professional role (GDPR article 6.1(f)). If you are a customer or contract party, we also process the data to perform the contract and to meet legal duties.

Where it comes from

From you, or from public information about your organisation and role.

Who sees it

Only we and the providers who help us run email and this website, including Netlify, which receives the contact form. We do not sell or share the data.

How long

Enquiries and contacts that lead nowhere are kept for at most 12 months. Active contacts are kept while the contact continues. If you tell us not to contact you, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to our contacting you. Write to hello@archeron.tech and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
